Share Jesus without Fear
Sunday Sept 7th

“Share Jesus without Fear” seminar will be conducted by Bill Fay this Sunday Sept. 7th.

Share Jesus Without Fear presents a natural, non-threatening way to share the gospel

That eliminates the pressure, the argument, and the fear of failure.

Bill will speak in the morning service at 10:00 AM and the Share Jesus seminar will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM

Child care is provided for all services.

TBC Memory Verses
Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

Romans 10:9-11
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

As a first time visitor you will also be offered a complimentary copy of Pastor Barnett’s book, The Joy of a Word Filled Family, by turning in a completed Caring Card documenting your attendance. Pastor Search Update:
The Elders are meeting in special sessions three times in August. We are still in the phase of reviewing and articulating the distinctive attributes of Tulsa Bible Church so that when we start talking to potential candidates, we are able to clearly dialogue about God’s plan for TBC. Several of the Elders are going to be making trips to visit like-minded churches in the region over the next couple of months to seek counsel from other godly leaders. We will continue to send out periodic updates. Please feel free to talk with any of the elders about your ideas or to ask any questions you may have.

USED MEN’S SHIRTS & PANTS NEEDED
The Chaplain at Dick Conner Correctional Center has requested that our prison ministry team again help obtain donations of used (or new) men’s shirts and pants, any size, in good condition, for giving to inmates upon their discharge. Both casual and dress shirts/pants are needed. Please leave items in the plastic bin marked Prison Ministry at the north end of the hall on the west side of the Gym. You have been very generous in the past when needs have been made known! THANKS, TBC!

    Missions Life Line Sunday
    1. The Lifeline Ministry serves as the primary point of contact for TBC missionaries. Each missionary whom TBC supports has Lifeline couples assigned to maintain contact throughout the year.
    2. Lifeline equips saints at TBC to encourage and minister, through regular communication and prayer, to the over forty missionary families supported by TBC. This ministry is a great way to involve an expose individuals and families to the missions field. Please consider and pray about “holding the ropes” for a TBC missionary and becoming a partner in the ministry in which they are serving.
