Sarah Rhom
Children's Ministry Director
Sarah Rhom was born and raised in Tulsa. She met Jesus when she was 8 years old and has
been falling more in love with Him every day. Her Father was a pastor of a church and so she
grew up in ministry life. Church has never been a building to her but a community of people
living and walking side by side in the pursuit of Jesus.
Sarah has been working in Children’s Ministry for 30 years, starting as a camp counselor at Shepherd’s Fold Ranch. It was at S.F.R. that Sarah met her husband, Steve Rhom. They fell in love, got married and had some great kids: Anderson, Grace and Jonah.
Sarah has a passion for worship and so once a month enjoys helping out on the TBC worship
Team. When she is not wrangling kids at TBC, you will probably find her working in her garden or drinking coffee and laughing with her husband and kids.
Her favorite book is “East of Eden” by John Steinbeck and her favorite scripture is Zephaniah 3:14-20
